In Agentcis, contacts are categorized as Enquiry, Prospects, and Clients.
Let me tell you what each of these three categories means.
Enquiries, also known as Leads, are contacts who have filled your online Lead Forms. Anyone who wants to take your services presently or might take them in the future is an enquiry.
Prospects are the contact without any Applications assigned to the counsellor, however, you can add all personal information, documents, quotations, and interested services to their profile.
Clients are the contacts with an application, so they have started taking your services.
